CK graduated from the University of Washington in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.

CK worked as a computer Sales Associate, Floor Manager, Sales Trainer, and the top Store Recruiter in the region.

As an Industrial Engineer, CK was one of less than 1% of employees to become Lean Certified by Shingijutsu.

CK worked as both a Manufacturing Engineer and the first Asian Production Supervisor in the company's history.

CK was selected "Best in the Business" for solving a problem that plagued the agency for over 20 years.

CK worked as Information Technology Project Manager, managing a staff of 18, two blocks from the White House.

CK founded Liberty Estates, a real estate investment firm. For 10 years, he invested and managed MD properties.

CK worked as a consultant and instructor for Anne Arundel Community College Center for Workforce Solutions.

CK worked as a consultant and instructor, teaching  20 NSA employees the concepts of efficiency and quality.

CK instructed 18 office administrators on leadership and management concepts as a consultant.

CK founded CK Education Group in 2010. He works full time as a working owner, teaching each student 1 to 1.

CK graduated from the Johns Hopkins University Carey School of Business with an MBA in 2010.
